Day 1: Stockholm
Welcome to your tour with Europamundo! We’ll transfer you to the hotel and you’ll have some free time. In the afternoon, you’ll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.
Day 2: Stockholm
Today we’ll embark on a panoramic tour of this beautiful capital city, built on 14 interconnected islands. We’ll visit Gamla Stan, also known as the “the city between bridges”, the lively old quarter filled with monumental buildings such as the Nobel Prize Museum, located right beside the main square of Stortorget which honors Nobel Prize winners, the Cathedral, and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, we’ll enjoy the stunning views from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Afterwards, you’ll have leisure time to explore. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, you can visit the City Hall and the Vasa Museum.
Day 3: Stockholm - Stockholm - Turku Ferry
Enjoy a free day in STOCKHOLM. In the evening, we’ll board a modern ferry for an overnight journey to FINLAND. Accommodation will be in double en-suite cabins.
Day 4: Stockholm - Turku Ferry - Naantali - Helsinki
As we arrive in FINLAND, we recommend heading to the ship’s deck for sunrise to enjoy the mesmerizing landscapes as we sail past the Åland Islands, a collection of hundreds of forested islands. After disembarking the ferry, you’ll have time to explore TURKU, a city with a strong Swedish influence. We’ll then continue our journey to the neighboring city of NAANTALI, a picturesque town with charming wooden houses by the sea. Our travels will take us to HELSINKI, where we’ll arrive around lunchtime. In the afternoon, you’ll have leisure time to explore the city, including its old market, Russian-influenced buildings, and beautiful churches.
Day 5: Helsinki
We’ll embark on an included boat trip to the SUOMENLINNA ISLANDS, six islands home to a magnificent fortress that once protected the city’s entrance and is now a World Heritage Site. Take some time to explore, crossing the islands via pedestrian bridges. Afterwards, you´ll have free time.Our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful and lasting memories.Please, check the time of your flight in case you might need an additional night.
