The counters of attention, in each terminal, are identified with the Otium logo on the LCD screen. Passengers will be received by a team of professional representatives who will be properly uniformed and identified. Passengers must present themselves at the corresponding terminal, located in the area of receptive tour operators with their printed transfer voucher and will be duly assisted to take the transportation that will take them safely to their hotel.

PROTOCOLO DE LLEGADA:
Los counters de atención, en cada terminal, están identificados con el logotipo de Otium en la pantalla LCD. Pasajeros serán recibidos por el equipo de representantes profesionales que estarán debidamente uniformados e identificados.

Pasajero deberá presentarse en la terminal correspondiente, ubicado en el área de tour operadores receptivos con su voucher impreso de traslados y será debidamente auxiliado para tomar el transporte que lo llevará de manera segura hasta su hotel.

Advertencia: Si por error toma la salida B; no tendrá contacto con el staff del Otium, no tendrá su traslado de llegada, el valor del traslado no será devuelto, no recibirá desde el inicio de su estadía el material de asistencia conforme a los estándares de Otium.
POLITICA DE TRASLADOS

Reprogramación de Vuelos: El pasajero tiene que avisar de su nuevo vuelo y horario al teléfono de emergencia indicado en este voucher.

Cancelación / Modificación: Toda cancelación deberá ser notificada por escrito con un mínimo de 48 horas previo a la fecha de servicio, sujetas a las políticas de penalidad de cada proveedor.

Tiempo de espera: El tiempo de espera es de 40 minutos aprox, dependiendo de la cantidad de pasajeros que llevara el vehículo asignado para el traslado. Los pasajeros que no se presenten en los tiempos de espera no tendrán derecho a reembolso

No Show: Pasajeros que no se presenten en los horarios establecidos serán considerados como “No Show” y serán cobrados al 100% sin derecho a reembolso o pago de taxi. Una vez en el destino por favor indicar a nuestro operador
