When leaving Immigration and Customs, upon arrival at the ARRIVALS HALL, go LEFT to DESK #16 Caribbean World, to obtain your transfer to the hotel. Please allow 15 minutes delay in AIRPORT or EXCURSIONS pick up times before calling the emergency numbers, Thank you!

Please call the office 48 hours in advance to reconfirm departure transfer or excursion: +1 876- 952-0400 / +1 876- 952-6404 (Mon - Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m / Sat: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m / Sun: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.). 

For the outbound transfer, at the pick up transfer you will be given a sheet for the return service indicating your schedule. Passengers must wait with check out at the hotel lobby. Waiting time is 5 minutes.
